Threads should weave a fine fabric.

To all,
I first want to say thanks to those who feel that I have contributed to this and other forums. I have received a few private messages showing concern and support and I want to thank those that have done so.

I am also pleased to say that I have been able to patch things with those individuals that I had a problem with by having heart felt words with them.
It is more important that we express our opinions than agreeing with each others opinions. smile

In addition to Astronomy I also dabble in upholstery and making things with my commercial sewing machine. I find it very rewarding to take a thread and weave it into a fine cloth, making something of beauty with pride of accomplishment.

To me this is the same with a thread in a forum, it is just a thread if in the end it does not produce something beautiful and useful. I will try my best to pick my thread carefully and sew it with all the skill and imagination that I possess to produce a fine fabric of shared knowledge. grin

Floyd, your contributions, as well as the ones from many others here, are all appreciated. After all, this Forum would not be what it is without the people that keep the ideas/opinions flowing.
Of course we will all have our differences, that's what makes us unique, but I'm sure that as adults we can all control our emotions and keep it civil... (for most part)
