Anyone tried Apogee's line of orthos? They're on clearance
right now, and they claim full multicoatings on all air to
glass surfaces. Isn't that the only improvement to the UO]
HDs over their standard abbe ortho? (i.e. same design, but
now FMC on all surfaces. The older orthos are only coated
on the outside surfaces)
I'm thinking of a pair for a binoviewer for planetary
viewing, but I've never heard anyone speak of them.
