I have a Celestron CGE-4 mount which I bought a polar alignment scope for. I am having a very hard time seeing the guide constellations through the alignment scope. Anyone else buy this and have issues with it?

Hi Jeremiah,
You can't actually see the constellations themselves through the polar scope because of the narrow field of view. Just rotate the polar scope so the constellations are at the same orientation in the scope as they are in the sky and then look through the scope and move the mount so that Polaris and the other star or two are in their positions as shown on the reticle. I hope this helps a little.
