Adhesive for flocking PVC tube

What is a good spray adhesive for adding flocking paper to a PVC tube (preferably something with little out-gassing)?

Don't use a spray - use Tite Bond II, available at Home Depot, etc. Brush it on with a 1.5" cheap paint brush. You can put it on the pvc first or on the flocking paper, depending on which way you would rather handle the paper.
