How to give a rating?

Well, guess I'm getting dense, but I'm a newbie and can't figure out how to give a rating to a person I just did business with. Went to his user profile but didn't see a way to do it there.

Alan,
Be sure you are logged in to Astromart and go to https://www.astromart.com/myaccount/
It'll be near the bottom and should say "Unused Ratings"
