What Is It?

Just a visitor from the astronomy groups popping in to ask:

What type of bird is this?
My wife snapped this shot at a Wendy's drive through in Ft. Worth Texas.

Thanks,

Steve

That's an American Kestrel---a smallish hawk-like bird of prey. Not too shabby for a snapshot!

I don't know what he is but he sure is a cutie!
