On a lighter note --

A fair number of astronomers that I know are also cyclists, so this might be of some interest. You can tour the world's largest scale model of the solar system by bike on the Interplanetary Bicycle Ride in Peoria Illinois. Did this ride a couple of years ago, it was pretty cool!

Cool! Speaking of cycling, anyone got ideas for transporting a 6" f/8 newt by bike?
