A band member died after running a gauntlet of band members who all got to hit him. The coroner ruled it a homicide by blunt force trauma.

Question - Should the whole band be charged with murder?

I have several telescopes, but none are semi-APO, APO, or in anyway valuable.

Hi Lee,
Well, they should be all charged with manslaughter, that is what it is really. Murder implies that you meant to kill. Butl yes, the whole group should stand trial, if they hit the person or even if they just stood in line and let it happen. Plus, the leader of the band, those in charge, should also go on trial.

Probably manslaughter rather than murder because I doubt there was any real intent to kill, but, besides that, can anyone suggest a reason why they should be exempt from the law? "Just kids having fun" somehow doesn't cut it.
