Man on Moon?

This may have been asked before in some manner on these forums, but I just thought I'd inquire to see what others think.

Presently, I am 52 years old & was almost 16 in 1969 during the first moon landing. Somehow I really would not be surprised to not see the US land another man on the moon during my lifetime. Of course I hope I am mistaken.

Anybody else have any thoughts on this?

Well, I would certainly love to see us back on The Moon... but by looking at how bad things are around us, I'm not so sure it will happen any time soon... (ditto on the "being mistaken" part) wink

Hi Darian,

I am surprised at how you have been mislead! Didn't you know that all those moon-walks you watched as a teenager were filmed in an aircraft hanger here on Earth!!???? No-one from Earth has yet been to the Moon. You should read the internet more often! grin

Cheers,

Maurice
