I received my Feb. '07 issue today, but I noticed on the cover the issue is printed as Nov. 2006. Does everyone's issue have this defect or is mine a rare issue(like the airplane upside down on the old US stamp)? 8O

I believe it is part of their attempt to synchronize their publication date with their delivery date. I mean, if we get the February issue in December, but they mark it November, then it is not quite so far ahead of its time.
