Utility Costs?

I am curious about what various people around the US pay for electricity. About 15 years ago I lived in a small town called Pineville, LA and paid about $.06-$.07/kwh, if I recall correctly.

Presently, I live across the river, in Alexandria, and the cost is approx. $.12/kwh.

My guess is that this is higher than the national average. I'll like to know what some of you pay.

Eugene and Mark, Thanks for the feedback. .085/kwh is what I'd expect in an area like Denver.

You'd think those solar panels would drop in price. Those things have been around awhile.

7.18 cents/kWh or thereabouts ...
