Kevin Warsh nominated as fed chair to replace Powell in May. The FT article I posted was paywalled.   😟

This is not the high emotion stuff of a police shooting, but it sure is important for the world economy.   There were plenty of Trump sycophants he could’ve chosen.    I’m sure the economic press will have lots of coverage, but will the average political news consumer even notice The Warsh nomination?

Any link appears to engage the paywall. A lot of coverage in the financial times can be accessed for free from the front page of RealClearPolitics. Top article in the center section.

Yup, it was NPR's top story this morning.  They were kinda surprised at this nomination, as was I.

I just thank God he didn't pick Dave Ramsey or Suzie Orman....
