Enough already!!!!

Dang for three days I've checked in on the Political forum.....certainly there must be some lively debate.....SC nomination hearings....Obamacare being rammed through congress....surtax on the rich. But no, it the thread from hell that just won't seem to go away that has degenerated into a food fight near as I tell.

How about if all parties breath into a paper bag, and go back to there corners.

You mean the President's name is Hussein? Oh well, that is it, game over, the President's name is Hussein. You win. What a great point! I bet you were a Master Debater (the spelling might be off there) at the school that you went to.

Was that school Columbia University or the Harvard Law School? Were you the President of the Harvard Law Review?

It is important to remember that Barack Hussein Obama II was elected to the office of President of the United States without his daddy first being President. As a matter of fact, his daddy was not a Senator, a Congressman, a Governor, or even rich. Barack Hussein Obama's daddy was black and not even a citizen of the United States. Oh yeah, we all know what is coming after that.

So go ahead Master Debater. Shock the world by using the name Hussein and President of the United States in the same sentence. Just remember one thing. The man became the President of the United States with the name of "Barack Hussein Obama" and if for nothing else, he deserves our respect for that.

I'm not totally happy with everything Obama and Co. are doing and trying to do.
How can anyone have a rational debate of the FACTS when faced with the type of rhetoric that Jim has spewed in this thread alone ?

"discuss his stupidity"
"destroying the country one industry at a time"
"not letting a disaster go by without taking full political advantage"
"loony left"
"their favorite tactic of personal attacks"
"terrorist in the White House"
"Hussein's reign of terror continues"

I'm really just a lurker. I just come out to tweak Richard's nose from time to time. But I do miss the actual intelligent debates that used to transpire here. Though we disagree on many things Jim Babcock was respected because of his intelligence. I'm sorry to say that he's made himself irrelevant with his rhetoric. This of course will be taken as a personal attack agianst Jim when it's really just my take on the current political forum.
