Hi All,

Since it has been very quiet here lately I thought I would hijack the forum by injecting a little... "astronomy"!! <gasp>

A few photos from last night's eclipse of the Moon. All photos taken using my 5" f/5 refractor and Canon 60D.

First one... the partially eclipsed Moon rising.

Number 7... partial eclipse is almost over. By now the Moon was obscured by thick clouds.

Thanks for this post.  Clouded out here plus totality and moonset were nearly simultaneous so a tough observation for us.
