PS His principle economics adviser, Peter Narravo, assures everyone that the bond yield curve didn't really invert so there was no reason for the market to drop. Must be great living in an alternate universe...

James, with all the polling information you presented, you should be elated; it looks like a slam dunk against Trump by whatever sack of s**t the Democrats throw into the race.

Job creation was off by 500,000 since 2018 than previously reported. The Bureau of Labor Statistics just released revised numbers. US Steel stock is at a 52 week low and dropped 50% of its value in just the last six months. US Steel is also having record layoffs. Farmers are declaring bankruptcy. Truckers say they can't make a living anymore. The deficit increases by record amounts every time the CBO looks at it. Why anyone is still supporting this pathological lying charlatan with decades of well documented fraud and failures can only be attributed to party loyalty.

I'm not elated. The point is that the polling data clearly shows that Trump lives in an alternate reality that does not exist. For example, his insistence that China is paying for the tariffs, when everyone knows that who's really paying for it are American consumers, farmers, truckers, etc.

That'll be a sad commentary  on the Democrat Party if he trounces them in 2020, which I anticipate occurring.

China has been screwing us for years, but wait...Obama didn't see a need to deal with it...and look at the big picture...Trump lies!

Do you think Trump is "dealing with it," or is he just doing more harm than good? There is a vast amount of evidence that the latter is right and not the former.

As far as Trump lying, that is entirely on him. He is the one that chooses to be a pathological liar who lies about everything,  no matter how inconsequential or how easy it is to fact check. If we point it out and hold him accountable, the onus is on him to change, his supporters to demand better and it's ridiculous to think that the rest of us will look the other way and ignore the staggering and self-evident lies he tells daily.
