The bridge opens Monday. Two separate opening ceremonies, one on the US side and one on the Canadian side. That totally sucks. Trump's treatment of Canada is mind boggling for this life long Michigander. Canada as always been our good neighbor.

I'm looking forward to riding my bike across. I love the riverfront looking across at the Detroit skyline. I ride the Riverwalk in Detroit often with a great view of Windsor so it'll be nice to ride the other side. Back before 9/11 we went to Windsor often just for dinner and once a year to watch the Freedom Festival fireworks. Better view of them from Canada than the Detroit side.
