Yep. This is why I permanently gave up television about three years ago.

Can't trust a darn thing you didn't see or hear for yourself.

Good for you Christine. I wiened myself off the "idiot box" years ago & have never regreted it. Now I can assure you there is stuff on TV I like; Seinfeld, Beverly Hillbillies, & any good comedy, but I think the thing that bothered me most was the way the people that produce commercials try to manipulate you. There's something about that, that I find repugnant. For the most part, TV is one big manipulation organ. Respectfully, DR
