Multi-hour exposure of the Cocoon nebula. Two little galaxies also in the image at the upper right half way to the corner.

305F3.8 Astrograph, QSI853 camera, Baader RGB filters.

Rolando,

I love the striations on the nebula itself!

As for the minute galaxies, I just checked my result (AP160-ST2000XM) and I do have one of the two galaxies in my result with the smaller field of view: http://www.perseus.gr/Astro-DSO-IC-5146.htm / http://www.perseus.gr/Astro-DSO-IC-5146b.htm (one of us has to rotate the field of view by 180 degrees).

Anthony.
