Like Emily Littella used to say, "It's always something".
I've been working on The Cocoon Nebula, and I thought I had collected all of the data, but when I went to process I realised that the Ha was collected at a different rotation from the RGB. The combined overlap isn't enough for a decent image so it's back to collection, I guess.
The RGB looks decent, so I thought I'd post that.
Thanks for looking,

Looking good Dan!

That's a good shot Dan. I had an image of the Cocoon and my wife spotted a little ducklings head in the nebula. Everytime I see this image now it's all I see. The central bright star is the ducks left eye. In your image he is facing slightly downward and to the left. The darker nebula in the lower center is the ducks beak slightly opened.
