Ok, so we had about 8 months of poor weather during the New Moon week. Because of this, despite many attempts, I only managed to get images in July and August, a total of three.

Ngc6888 is the first from July, it as my first run at this with the new Atik One 6.0 camera and the TEC140 with just the filed flattener. I wanted to try to capture a larger image of it and with some detail. This was an LRGB image, with a few hours of Ha blended.

Then Sh2-101, a well photographed object, but worthy of a new set of data. LRGB Ha

Finally, August only allowed for one object, M-27, then the weather forced me to retreat to home. LRGB Ha

Hope you like them. Conditions were not too bad, better than 8 months of nothing. laugh.gif
The Atik One 6.0, the Sony 694 chip, still impresses me and the smaller image size makes it good for objects such as this. at .9 arc sec, it is a good combination for my skies.

Oh, bottom right, there is an icon, like three different size folders, it allows you to select the size of the image. These are at full resolution,150 dpi, love this new site, no restrictions on size.

All very nice images, Floyd. I especially like M-27. The weather has been miserable here also but clear skies arrived a week or two ago along with a lot of smoke from fires in Oregon. There's a big butte three miles south of the house and I can barely make it out through the grime. The stars straight up are rosy, but steady smile . Oh well, there's always next month.

Thanks for sharing.

Looking good Floyd! Glad you were finally able to get out and capture some photons. A good friend of mine from Tyler Tx also uses the TEC 140 with some amazing results also.

Clear skies,

Nice work!
I'm working on the Crescent nebula too. It's perfectly placed now for imaging.
