LPR Filters

I was told to get a Hutech IDAS LPR filter to reduce the CA on a 350mm telephoto lens I use for astrophotos. However, I was a little dismayed at the steep price for even a small (37mm) filter size. Are there any alternatives that perform at least close?

Steep priced they are, but I'm not aware of anything else out there that comes even close...

Let's hope somebody knows something about "other filters" out there... wink

Orion Skyglow filter is a reasonable alternative-- the 2" is on sale for $60.

I recently purchased the IDAS NBN-PV (narrow band nebula-photo/visual) from a fellow Astromarter; it is supposed to work great, so I hear.
