hi,

I plan to post an example of processing m13 with screen shots of MaximDl and PaintshopPro. I took 4 exposures of m13 with a Vixen VC200L at f9 with a ST10XME. Pixel resolution 0.7 arcsec/pixel. Autoguiding was used.

The first screens shot is the result of a median combine of the 4 images after they were reduced with a bias frame, daark frame and flat field.

Next digital development was used on the image. I use a user defined kernal
(1 in the center and the rest all 0's in a 7x7 matrix). I do not use the
auto settings, but use a mouse selected value. Trial and error and after a
while I get what I want
