Hi all. Sorry about this, but I have been working on a version of M81 and M82 for the last couple of weeks. I know it is a frequent target, but that is probably because it is such an interesting area. I have attached a reduced and cropped version. Here is a link to the full version.

Please click the image a few times to see the full version. I would love some feedback on the image. I know M81 is a bit on the magenta side, but there are lots of Ha emissions in the galaxy that I wanted to bring out. I also managed to get lots of the red area in M82 in the Ha images, which included 15x20 minutes.

Thanks for looking.
Tyler

Hi Tyler,

Great shot - lots of detail in M82. Nicely processed as well.

Best regards,

Nicely done Tyler, I never get tired of looking at these guys.

How do you mix your Ha data into the overall image?

These two are hard to get tired of Tyler wink

I think it's looking great, maybe a bit dark but that could just be a difference between our monitors.
