Online Prints of Astrophotos

Hi all,

I'd like to get some prints of an astrophoto and I'm wondering if anyone has used any of the various online printing services and what you thought of the results.

My plan is to order a set of prints of various sizes to see how far the pixel count in my ST-2000 can be pushed when it comes to print size. I'd be interested in people's opinions on that as well.

cheers,
Josh

I use Digilabs for prints and photobooks. They do a great job. Very professional results. Just Google "Digilabs".

I had heard people recommend Costco. I was skeptical, but gave them a shot and was pleasantly surprised.
You have to pay a fee to join, but the cost of the prints is reasonable and the color in the prints matches what I see on my monitor.
(Disclaimer: I haven't tried many online print services.)
