Sky 90 reducer Question

I just tried out my new Sky 90 reducer/ Flattener and it wouldn't come in far enough to focus with my ST-7E

Anyone out there know how these go together? The Sys Charts aren't really helpin' me out here.

Attached is the current arrangement (which did not work) I can't figure out how to shorten all this so the ST-7 can reach focus.

I use the 2" to 1.25" adapter that came with my 4X Powermate, but any low profile adapter would probably work. You can pick these us cheap here on Astromart. Just make sure you get a low profile unit. You just remove all the Tak stuff from the 2" set screw adapter, and replace it with the adapter, which is much shorter. It works well.

After thinking about it, I realized that I had a 2" CCD nosepiece buried somewhere. Sure enough. Using that, along with the low profile 2" compression ring that came with the Sky 90, I can snug the camera in nice and close and secure.

Can't recall exactly how I came to own the 2" nosepiece, though. Those weren't an original accessory with the ST-7 were they?
