Hi All,

A few more images of southern objects, this time nebulae. First up, NGC 2070 AKA the Tarantula Nebula.

Combination of 30 minutes red, 30 minutes green, and 30 minutes Blue, using 3 minute subframes. 5" f/5 refractor. SBIG ST8E CCD.

Hi All,

Same image as the previous, but with 30 minutes of H-alpha as the red channel.

Combination of 30 minutes H-alpha, 30 minutes green, and 30 minutes Blue, using 3 minute subframes. 5" f/5 refractor. SBIG ST8E CCD.

NGC 6188 is a complex region of light and dark nebulosity in Ara.

2 images joined, each a combination of 30 minutes H-alpha using 3 minute subframes. 300mm f/6 newtonian. SBIG STL1001E CCD.
