This weekend I made my first Jupter animation of this season.
Conditions still were not perfect, but I had fun to to process what I got.

It was done with the Philips webcam and the C11 and consists of 20 combined images. Io is hiding behind and Ganymed moves across Jupiter, it shows up quite dark so I first thought of a shadow transit.

hi,

very nice animtation. I've never seen this visually so it was a real treat to see your animation of the moon moving across and then off of the planets disk.

clear skies,

That is freaking awsome man! Ganymed seems to jump right out of the planet. Excellent work.

Very cool. It's neat seeing Ganymede emerging into view once it is past the planet.
