Even Kitt Peak has to deal with light pollution. This is the view to the ENE towards Tucson. There is a fairly decent light dome at Kitt from Tucson, even with the legislation designed to reduce light pollution. If you look carefully, you can clearly see the fires consuming Mount Lemmon at left center, and a smaller fire in the Rincons at right center.
