More images or processing?

I notice how many of your images have so much detail. I'm just curious if that is a result of stacking more images or if there is more processing involved after the fact? Here's a pic of Jupiter I took last night (3/21). It about 100 stacked imaged (registax 2) taken through a 14" Lx200. I appreciate your thoughts and suggestions!

Dave, as a suggestion...

1. Try to stack more images, as most of us get 500+ stacked.
2. Increase your Image Scale by using a barlow lense (2x, 3x)
3. Play with Registax's Wavelets when done stacking, they can help you bring up much detail, hidden in your image.
4. Post-Processing sometimes includes adjusting brightness, contrast, levels, saturation, sharpening filters, normally done in Photoshop or PaintShop Pro.

Take care, and keep it up!
