I'm using imerge- seems to work OK, actually with some HA solar images. Any tricks to getting a seamless mosaic? With no distinctive surface features on the HA sun these days, seems to be a little difficult to merge the images smoothly

Sorry David but I have no idea on how to solve your problem sad

It seems a rather difficult question if you want to image the sun when there is nothing going on. I'm afraid you're gonna have to wait for the new solar cycle to start wink
