Finally after 11 months I got to do some astrophotography! I was rusty as a bucket of old nails. I spent an hour in the Blue Ridge Parkway fumbling away with the setup, and wondering why my STV was not autoguiding. Finally got everything going... Here is IC 1848 (the "baby" nebula") in Cassiopeia. Canon 60Da at ISO 1250, 20x5min exposures, Tak FSQ-85 with reducer. Processed in DSS. I had to convert the 60Da RAWS to DNG before DSS would work.
Thanks for looking!

Very, very nice!
FYI - With the 60D you may have to use the DSS Beta version.
Keep up the good work!

Hey, this is a great image! I've been thinking about replacing my modded 400D with the 60a and wondered how it performed.

Beautiful!
Can't claim to be rusty at all!
