[COLOR="Purple"]This grub was crossing the trail in Guadalupe Mountains National Park last week. It was big...about as big as a man's thumb! I have no idea what it will become. Anyone know?

Some kind of beetle larva I would say, but not sure which one, maybe some kind of bark beetle.
