[COLOR="Purple"]Noticed some little guys on my Butterfly Weeds as I was watering this evening. About 1" long.

Suppose they'll grow up to be butterflies and come back to eat at the Butterfly Weed flowers?

Those are monarch caterpillars, and as you have deduced, the butterfly weed is a milkweed. I have butterfly weed up here in my native plant gardens specifically for the monarch caterpillars to eat, although the flowers are also a pretty orange color smile .
