Aurora shots

Taken back on 10/24 from northern IL.
I walked out onto the deck about 8:30pm after an alert from a fellow club member who was observing at the time. The reds were very apparent, even without dark adapted eyes!

This one is looking NW.

Nice work

What kind of gear did you use? Exposure info?

I just got a wide-angle lens I'm hoping will catch an aurora at some point ..
