This small group of scrub oaks looked a little out of place. It was the only one as far as the eye could see. This was taken on my recent trip to central Utah, west of Richfield.

Nikon D100 with Nikkor AF-S 28-70mm 1:2.8 @ 42mm 1/80th f/14

Gorgeous view, Ty. It begs the question of how such a heavy fruit (acorn) got so far out there away from an obvious source.
