Fixing my rotated Secondary mirror

I was messing with my LX90 (same OTA as the LX2000) and put it back together with the secondary assembly rotated to some unknown position. I got the corrector centered and put back to its' indexed position.
My question is twofold:
1 What difference does could it make, and why?
2 How would the problem be expressed in a star test spherical aberation, astigmatism, coma...?
I need to get this back in good shape, but can't afford to send it to Meade.

I dont think the rotation of the secondary will matter. I know you need to get the corector back into an indexed position.

you will just need to do a star test, read up here for some SCT collmination tips. These three links should give you every thing you need to get your scope collimated
