I was wondering if anyone had experiences with Meade coatings EMC vs UHTC , its it worth trading in an EMC for the new UHTC coatings?

A trade JUST for the Coatings? No, IMHO not worth the hassle... (a difference there is, but it is NOT a DRAMATIC one, and some people can't even tell visually...)

Now, if you are UPGRADING the scope to a larger one, then sure, why not...? 8)
