I have seen many complaints about the Meade Customer Service Dept. I would just like to say that they have been nothing short of wonderful for me. Very patient, and very helpful. If this is a new way of doing biz there, my hat is off to them for caring. Also thanks to them for correcting all of the SCSI problems with the Pictors.

It all seems to depend on who you talk to at Meade. I've had very good experiences with the service, so I have nothing bad to say about them. Others have these horror stories of talking with (or NOT talking with it seems mostly) Meade's service dept. YMMV smile
