USDII to Temma2M Upgrade

Back in 2009 Takahashi Japan advertised on their website that older Takahashi mounts (USD, USDII, USDIII, Temma2) could be upgraded to the latest Temma2M. A costly upgrade but possible and saves forking out $$$'s for a new mount (particularly if the USD version) and the pain of selling the old mount.

Anyone had this upgrade done to their mount?

Anyone know if this upgrade is still available?
