Hi Morris, I'm so glad to see someone proclaiming how GREAT the Desert Sky Alt Az mounts are. It's now 2019 and I just got a DSP-1 for my Televue 76. ROCK STEADY - yet smooth as butter. Doesn't move AT ALL when switching from heavy to light eyepieces (or light to heavy) The ULTIMATE grab and go mount - just throw it on a sturdy tripod and you are good to go !!
