[COLOR="Purple"]Hi All!
Setting up a new DSC unit. Encoders are US Digital S2-2048. No gearing.

Do I set steps to 2048 or 8192 (4 X 2048)?

Hi Bill the encoder counts in quadrature so set the DSC for 8192 (2048 X 4)if there is no reduction. Then you just have to determine the direction, (+ or -).
