help!!!! MEADE LOST MY 99 EYEPIECE OFFER!

Hello I have had problems with meade also. I bought my lxd55 sn8 telescope about 3 months ago, Astonomics told me Meade told them the telescope was ready to ship 1 month a half ago, guess what, it shipped until last week. I requested the eyepiece offer two weeks ago, via mail and paid via cashiers check. Called them yesterday, they didn’t have my order in their system, haven’t received any confirmation letter informing of them receiving the order. What can I do?

Please tell me, it hurts loosing $100, I am starting to hate Meade.

If you have the reciepts you should be able to talk to a manager and get it straightened out. If the cashiers check was cashed, and there is a reciept for it, then SOMEONE must have a record of the $99 being cashed. If the check hasn't been cashed, have it cancelled and either resubmit your order for the eyepieces or not worry about it and keep your $99.

My first guess is that someone didn't do their job and they didn't put stuff into the computer. But they WILL have a record of cashing your check (or that is a huge lawsuit if they have your money and no records of it).
