Did anyone make EPs in these fl:
8.4, 8.5, 8.6 & 8.7mm
I have seen the big 8.8mm by Meade.
Between 9mm-10mm, I have seen Meade 9.5mm 3000 & 9.7mm 4000
Between 6mm-7mm, Meade has a 6.7mm / 6.4mm & UO had a 6.5mm
It just seems like there is not much available between 8mm to 9mm?

Siebert offers an 8.8 for focal ratios f/6 and slower. And I'd bet you could talk to Harry about building one to your spec's. Very good folks to deal with at Siebert Optics.

Most ep's simplifiy the published sizes to whole numbers for marketing purposes. Exact published milli-metric mirror focal lengths can vary anyway, so exact precisely perfect magnifications are really only approximations.

A zoom ep could do the job of tweaking magnification to the max for the given seeing conditions.

Bill, Pentax makes their XF series in two sizes: 12, and 8.5.

Vernonscope has an 8mm Brandon. It's a kind of Asymmetrical Plossl with orthoscopic properties.
