Saw this on sci.astro.amateur

We'll see how far this goes.

It's quite plainly a spaceship whizzing past. Happens all the time here in Australia. Hang on a sec ..yep, there goes one now.

Excuse me, I have to go get my tongue removed from my cheek...

Clear Skies (without whizzing spaceships),

Looks like the Space Shuttle on Approach landing glide.. . A UFO if it is, (and more than likely it isn't) would have to have traveled for 4 years at the speed of light if coming from the nearest Star.. that's 669,000,000 MPH.

I had a look at it with Photoshop but couldn't make out very much. It is however one of the first pictures of a supposedly ufo I see where the object doesn't seem to just 'hang' in the air but actually seems to move.
Oh well, probably just another joke and of course, with the Mars landings, the time maybe right for this kind of bull.

People often believe what they "want" to believe. Unfortunately, that mindset has led to many of the tensions in our supposedly modern world among people adhering to opposing belief systems.

BTW, Adobe Photoshop or a similar program will clear up your picture. That's probably how someone altered it in the first place. wink
