Where is the third option: "People who make up biased polls"?

Have you ever considered lightening up Mark? You post down in politics now and then, so it appears that you enjoy the give and take of heated political debate, as many of us do.

You have projected your own political viewpoints loud and clear, and to the best of my knowledge no one thinks less of you as a telescope vendor because of it.

So what if Herb posts "slanted" polls? Ignore them if they bug you. It appears to me that you are pulling your support based upon the content of Herb's political views. I'm reading between the lines of course, but I am intimately familiar with your political viewpoint.

A stick could be used to hit people that complain about polls.

All of these remarks are valid, but beside the point. This particular poll was intentionally designed to single out and attack one member, an example of not just bias, but mean-spiritedness. I agree with Mark.

They are only words so don't take them too seriously. I buy and sell my astro equipment - with great success - on AMart.
I enjoy the forums also whenever I have a few extra minutes to read them.
I also enjoy Stary Nights forums.
Both the Owner of AMart and you are respected for what you do for us.
You bring new hardware from Asia to the USA....and those products work well, for the most part. I always look forward to Astronomy, S&T and AT Today for the latest astro gizmos that seem to appear monthly from Astronomics, Orion and a few others out there. Truly a fun time for Astro-gear lovers like myself!


I don't always agree with AMart Politics, but that does not deter me from enjoying the "product" that AMART produces for us.

Can't wait for NEAF next year when you will show off new gear and we can talk about it. Always enjoyable. I never go home without a new toy or two.

That is not looked at as a bad thing in our eyes. We are promoting Astromart. The more buzz about Astromart the better we like it. Good or bad it is all buzz.

Nice spin. How about mentioning that I have been a member since AM started, paid my annual, donated several times and often praised you for maintaining a fine site. That doesn't change the fact that many of the polls are biased.
