M16 at f/10

Hello,


This was from my third night out with my 2000xm and ao-7. This is a 50% reduction from full size. I'm still learning but I was able to grab a nice image of M16. Processing was a dark frame, and some midtone adjustment in Paintshop Pro.

12 inch LX200GPS at f/10
Optec TCF-S
15 minute single luminance exposure
binning 1x1
2000xm
ao-7 (1.8 Hz)

Seeing was good, but not great.

Wonderful shot for such a short exposure time....I also use a 12" LX200 (classic) and shot the same object, but at F/5... but as you can see, my focus was a little soft...
again, nicely done..
