I finally got all the bits and pieces and software all working on my new setup.

Apogee U16M camera (very nice), FLI 4/5 filter wheel, Baader LRGB 50mm sqaure filters,
Astrodon 5nm Ha filter, FSQ106ED with F3.64 reducer.

Ha LRGB 45 25 10 20 20
