I shot this in late June. Just got it processed while I was evacuated for Hurricane Dennis and had nothing better to do.

DMK 21F04 camera. Meade 12 inch SCT. Best 1,000 frames out of about 4,000 in the AVI. Stacked in Registax 3 and adjusted in Paintshop Pro.

Seeing was so-so the night I shot this.

Very nice shot of the moon, long time ago that I capture the moon.
In Holland we have a bad Declination,we must wait for October.

Hi Kirk -

A very fine image - I prefer the more subtle range of tones in the darker version myself.
