I took an observing/desert wildflower trip out to Joshua Tree last Friday and Saturday.
The observing was pretty good once the moon set,
and the desert wildflowers kept me well entertained the next day!
We entered the park just after sunset...

JT is a great place for scenery and pretty decent for observing though it handles a lot of camper/climber traffic and vehicle lights can be an issue at times. A few pictures of landscapes.
