8" f/8 Newtonian on a CG5 Pier...

I've just finished it, the mirror is a discovery mirror, the spider is a curved 3-vane. The mirror cell is adjustable in depth for future additions. The project has taken me 3 months start to finish!

What kind of dovetail/rings combination did you use? I am attempting to mount my favorite scope (8" f/7) on a cg-5 so i can take it to starparties. I also have a sonotube tube, but my is coated with carbon fiber
